How We Inspect the Baloney

Blind Inspection
Five flagship models — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok — each independently weigh evidence for and against, cite sources with reliability scores, and recommend a score — without seeing the others’ work. All five carry equal weight — no single model can overpower the panel.
Station 2
Random Masters
A randomly chosen Primary Master writes the report from all five reports. A second, blind Master scores the same evidence without ever seeing the first one’s work. Neither sets the score: the published verdict is the median of the five labs, and the masters are measured against it.
Station 3
Agreement Test
Masters agree within 10 points? Stamped, with “blind validation confirmed.” Bigger gaps get flagged — or trigger a full AI re-evaluation round. No single AI gets the final word.
